It’s support that helps you take part in everyday activities outside the home safely and with confidence. That could mean going to the gym, joining a group, or getting help with shopping and errands.

Do you come with me to events or outings?

Yes! Our team is there to support and guide you throughout the activity we don’t just drop you off.

Is it tailored to my goals?

Always. Every participant’s plan is built around their own NDIS goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

How often can I access this support?

It depends on your plan and funding, but most participants access Community Access support weekly or multiple times per week.

Is this service available in my area?

We currently support Albury, Wodonga, and surrounding regional areas across VIC and NSW (within approx. 60–80km).
